Alicia Hicken-Franklin Alicia Hicken-Franklin is currently in her first year on the Minnesota swimming and diving staff. She joins the program following her year stint at the University of Denver, where she spent 11 seasons as Associate Head Coach.
She helped guide the Pioneers to three-consecutive Summit League titles since joining during the season and was nominated for the CollegeSwimming. Hicken-Franklin played an integral role in training the distance swimmers at Denver.
